Online Personal Training
What is it?
Online Personal Training is a unique approach to hiring a fitness professional to help you meet
your fitness goals. Whether you're brand new and looking for help getting started on a fitness
program, or you're an experienced weight lifter that just isn't seeing the results they want, online personal training is for you.
Online personal training is an easy way to start a workout routine literally anywhere. If you have
a gym membership, that's great! If you want to work out with equipment at home, that's great! If
you want to work with only bodyweight, I've got you covered. I have experience training people with
all different fitness levels, and I can compose many unique workouts to fit your needs/ goals.
I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and a Precision Nutrition Certified Nutrition Coach.
Why You Need It
You're Brand New to Fitness

When first starting a fitness program, just
starting can seem intimidating. If stepping
foot into a gym makes you so nervous that you
want to quit, try hiring an online personal
trainer (me!!). I will listen to your fears about
the gym and tailor a non-intimidation program
for you based on the exercises you feel
comfortable with.
If you have no experience working out, I will be
able to build you a program that will help you
achieve your fitness goals. The program can be adjusted based on the outcome YOU want.
Whether that's toning up, losing weight, or becoming more conditioned. I will also be your biggest
motivator and hold you accountable for your workouts. I want to hear from you, and I want to help
you achieve all of your fitness goals.
Before I start writing a program, I will have a one-hour consultation with you to determine your
goals, and schedule. If you tell me you can realistically workout two days a week, I'm going to build
a program based on that. If you say you only want to workout from the privacy of your home and
you have no/ limited equipment, I'm going to build you an amazing program built on that, and will be
available to answer any questions that may arise.
If you're a beginner and want to see results in the gym, you'll have access to my private YouTube
channel that has tutorials for all of the exercises in your workout plan. If you're still not sure of your
form, you can take a video and send it to me and I'll make sure you have the correct form.
You're No Longer Seeing The Results You Want
Maybe you're a comfortable lifter. You've got a program that you complete on your designated days.
At first, you were seeing lots of results from your program, but after awhile, everything has kind of
stalled. Maybe your program isn't exciting anymore and your motivation is dwindling.
I can work with you in any of the scenarios. In a workout program, there are many variables you
can change to achieve great results. Together, we can adjust or create a new program to help you see the results you want from your workout. You may not even know some great exercises for targeting different areas, or your form could be suffering without a personal trainer.
Do you feel like you're spending too much time in the gym and not getting the gains you want? I can also help formulate a program that's shorter, and teach you to lift weight more effectively. You'll be able to build more mass in less time.

A Traditional Personal Trainer Doesn't Work for You
Traditional personal trainers charge $60+ for the hour. So every time you work with your personal
trainer, you have to pay a significant amount (possibly on top of a gym membership). You're also
confined to a personal trainer's schedule. If you don't get off work until late, but your personal
trainer doesn't work past five in the evening, chances are, you're not going to get all of your workouts in for the week.
It can also be hard to find a personal trainer that will workout with you at home, as mostly, they're
governed by the gyms they represent. So if you're not ready to work out at a gym, but are also not
sure where to start on your fitness journey, I can help you get started. I can help all different fitness
levels get started at the gym at a fraction of the cost of a traditional personal trainer.
What You Get
When you hire me as your personal trainer, I'm going to be your biggest motivator, cheerleader and
accountability partner. I want to see you succeed at ALL of your goals.
I'm going to make a personalized workout plan based on your goals, expectations, and schedule.
Your plan will be unique to you. That means, if you have any exercises you are uncomfortable with
or if they cause you pain, I'm not going to add them to your plan. Ever. I want you to succeed, and
I'll make you the perfect plan to get you there. If you tell me you can only workout 2-3 days a week,
I'm not going to build you a plan that requires 6-7 days to see results. Everything will be built
around your needs.
I will be available to answer all of your questions, and concerns 24/7 via text. I WANT to hear from
you. If you're unsure of your form on a certain exercise, take a video and send it to me. I'll adjust
your form or give you a modification as needed.
We will also have scheduled phone/video calls to check-in with each other. We'll use these to gauge
your progress from the workouts, and make adjustments as needed. I will keep track of your
progress markers. These will be different for everyone. If your goal is weight-loss, we will keep
track of your weight changes. If you want to be able to run better, we'll keep track of your mile
times. If you want to see gains in the gym, we'll keep track of your bicep measurements. Whatever
is important to you, that's how we'll gauge your progress.
I have a private YouTube channel designed just for my personal training clients. Here you'll find
tutorials for all of the exercise that are in your workout program. If you're ever unsure of what an
exercise is or how to do it, this is a great resource for you. All of my workout plans will link the
exercises to the YouTube channel, so if you're in the middle of a workout and draw a blank about an
exercise, you just have to tap it, and a tutorial will pop up for you. Easy peasy!
