        We offer a fun outdoor class for all fitness levels.  If you've tried to stick to a gym routine before and found you just hated it, then this is the perfect group for you.

 

         Come join us and you will receive personal attention from our instructor, ensuring your form is correct to minimize risk of injuries and maximize the workout. Every workout is unique from the last, and with fun like-minded teammates you'll find yourself having a great time the entire workout!
